2012 Positions to fill… Need Help!

Sorry this is longer than I wanted and I am not the greatest “pitchman”, but I would love all the help I can get on this…

Many of you may know that I have been implementing my online marketing skills with my day job (which is construction and selling road salt) for the past few years. Along the way, I have had the chance to meet some very skilled people and participate in some pretty select groups in the marketing field. Well, I met a guy named Ron Saunders and he was so impressed with some of the work I have done that he made me an offer I couldn’t turn down.

I told you that story, so I could tell you this story…

Fast forward to today… I have been in and out of MLM/Network Marketing business opportunities in the past, but never had any of them stick for whatever reason. I knew they could work, but was never really committed because of fear in sharing MLM openly. Those days are past and I don’t have to try and defend the Direct Selling industry. MLM has been a viable business for many years now. Just go ask Kiyosaki or Trump what they think.

So… Now I am comfortable in my day job and have managed some pretty cool side projects over the past few years that landed me at this opportunity today. With Ron’s and my skillsets combined, we plan to make great things happen for 100’s of other people. We both have giving hearts and want to bring special blessings to as many as we can. To give you a bit of history on Ron…

He has been recognized multiple times as “Online Entrepreneur of the Year”.  Ron later founded the Talon Team International, an online marketing enterprise with over 2,455,000 team members. Later he became a top money earner in the MLM world, one must learn to coach and mentor large teams of people. Ron has accomplished this in 3 different Network Marketing companies since 1993. He developed an on-line marketing system called “Tagging” that has been adopted by several MLM companies and thousands of individuals across the globe.

As a top earner in a huge telecom company in the 90′s, he was the driving force for over 2,000,000 distributors joining the company before 2001, and way before most companies used the Internet for business expansion into Asia, Australia and other countries throughout the world.

Anyway, the reason I tell you about Ron is because he has found me through my marketing efforts and we have partnered up on a MLM project called Vemma. You can visit http://netpro.vemma.com for details. It is a cool company with some excellent products. If you are into energy drinks, vitamin drinks or weight loss management I invite you to check it out.

Now to business… With his team building skills and my online marketing savvy we are in the process of building a team of 200 people that will go over $10k per month in 2012. I need to find 6 people who want to be a part of this group…

I am really only looking for 2 types of people…

Type 1: Hungry to make 2012 a 6-figure year, who has lots of energy and wants to build a long-term income with some great team bonuses.

Type 2: Someone who is looking for a low cost investment and would like to have us build a team for them and they can watch their investment pay itself back over and over again.

Either way, I need your help to find 6 people by January 16th, 2012.

Will you help me?

Whether you are interested or not, you probably know someone who is. In this tough economy, I know there are people wanting to make a little extra money.

Please give anyone interested my info…

Just as proof that Ron is the real deal, he has already placed 7 people in my downlines in less than a week. Checks clear every week via direct deposit.

He also had this to say to his network of contacts for the 2012 year…”I am working 100% with Vemma. Our new Sites will look like http://3maxgroup.com/marketing-leaders/4.html and lots of cool announcements coming this week thanks to partnering up with 3Max Group, and what they can do to help OUR TEAM to Make Diamond and beyond.”

Izigg is for All!

Leader of the Week:
Sheddric Mickles

iZigg was presented to me in mid December from my good friend, Meg Dudegeon. Meg was very persistent in staying with me, and I’m glad she did. iZigg is the vehicle for me. Although I signed up in December, I really didn’t get started until my first Crush It! in January. January 28th was my start Date!! I learned what a “why” really means! I also learned that every single one of us was meant to be wealthy but only a handful of us are willing to do what it takes to Make It! My Family is my Why! They mean everything to me.

I have had great support from the Wolfard’s Dave and Heidi, Meg Dudegeon, James Hardy, and Michael Rutherford, Jerry Rocco, and the list goes on. I have some great teammates that are doing wonderful things and they, too, will be in this newsletter soon.

What a great platform! I have been in some great meetings telling the iZigg story! Whether it is at the Sundance Resort or with the Mom and Pop shop in the side alley, iZigg will work for anyone! Whatever you work, works! I’m glad my friend Meg thought enough of me to present this opportunity to me.

Our goals are attainable! But what are you willing to do to make them happen?

As Brian Underwood says, “If not iZigg, then Find something” it’s out there for all of us.

Thank you Brian Underwood, David Liniado, Jason Borne’, and the whole iZigg team for giving us a vehicle to reach our dreams and goals.

Thanks, James Hardy and Michael Rutherford for the Mentorship.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH IZIGG,IZIGG,IZIGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mobile is Booming in Down Economy…

Leader of the Week: Elta Rahim

It was a typical magnificent day in Lively Las Vegas when the phone rang. 8:08 a.m. Hm? My husband, Rasheed and I were enjoying our morning time together..and my team knows I don’t take calls until 9:00 am..Who could it be?..It was not a number I recognized so, thinking it may be a new iZigg team member from perhaps the east coast, I answered the call.. The call was a invitation to tell a little about myself for the Leader of the Week segment on the iZigg blog. I am honored. First there are rules!!

To be self employed you must have rules..Mine are..

  1. I wake up in the morning to the sounds of the birds singing…look at my vision board we made at the last “Crush It,” listen to a 20 minute positive thinking C.D. and give thanks in advance for the perfect day I am about to enjoy.
  2. I spend a couple of hours playing with my husband..( he is self employed as well)..
  3. I start my “work” day at nine a.m.
  4. I don’t spend more than 90 seconds with someone who is negative.
  5. I read The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

One of the most astounding effects of being self employed is the Freedom you have to be, do and have what you want..The “trick” as we all know, is,.What Do You Want?.With the right “Vehicle” ( iZigg) , the right timing, could not be any better, the right leaders, Brian, Jason, Dave, and Dr. Scott…We really are at the right place, at the right time, with the right leadership..Count your blessings..

I have been truly blessed by being introduced to the iZigg business by National Director Pablo Dibello. Please know that Pablo was the seventh person to tell me about iZigg…Pablo was the first person to introduce the company to me, the iZigg way. He built my own digital business card…I saw all my info, and my little ego went…”I Want That” Before I knew how to spell iZigg, because of the promotion iZigg was running in December of 2010, I woke up one morning a National Director. Thank you Team, Thank you Pablo, Bryan Perez, Michael and James..

I have had the pleasure of managing over 300 hundred employees (ship repair business) and being a member of the Mary Kay Company, at the same time..Although I was wealthy, I loved, loved, loved residual income, and more importantly being of service to women. I always take what I learned from Mary Kay Ash and apply to any business I am in…We apply several of May Kay’s philosophizes extraordinarily well with in iZigg…
The most important being.

K.I.S.S. The last S. being sweetie..

A little bit about me…I am married to the man of my dreams..I made a list of 187 things I wanted in my husband. Rasheed got on his sail boat in Trinidad and Tobago heading for the U.S.A. He landed in San Diego 16 months later. The day he got off the boat to go shopping, I happened to be in San Diego, we happened to meet on the train, we where married one year later. We celebrate our tenth anniversary in September. I highly recommend that you recruit up and definitely marry up..I sure did.

I have one beautiful daughter from my first marriage. Melissa Dawn. Her daddy was a race car driver, pilot, and taught her to have no fear. She can change a tire faster than just about anyone..and has the work of her dreams. Just like we told her she could.

I am also a certified Psych-K Facilitator, a Therapist. Psyck-k helps people break free of limiting beliefs that are barriers to happiness and success.  We access the subconscious where all of your decisions are really made.

Thank you for allowing my to share a little bit about me and I most humbly hope that you, the reader understand what you have with iZigg.

Think Positive, Take Action, and Accept the Miracle.

Love from Lively Las Vegas,

Elta Rahim

Lesson of the Week: Why Social Media?

seogeekSo, Why Social Media?  Here are some of the reasons why Social Media is a giant marketplace. Research has shown that nearly 23% of people’s time is being spent on Social Media sites or apps.  Email is declining because of the massive shift into Social Media.  In fact, email is has experienced a 28% decline in its overall use with this massive surge with Facebook, Twitter and other networks on the rise.

Friends, families, and businesses are communicating on their Social Media networks now and it is instant.  With today’s cell phone technology and the numerous “apps” the Social Media is always with us right in our purse or pocket.

A report put out by The Neilsen Company in August 2010 showed that Social Media usage was up 43% than just a year ago.  If you include blogging, email and instant messaging we are spending about 36% of our entire day trying to stay connected.  Now, just to make it very clear on how big a shift we are talking about, 36% of our total time is spent staying connected to our world and 64% of that connected time is on Social Media networks… Totaling 23% of our day.

As an advertiser wouldn’t you want that kind of attention? Of course you would. That’s why the companies that are already using this technology, and doing it well, are having such an increase in their online campaigns.  You online strategy is not a luxury anymore.  It is where you should be putting the bulk of your marketing budget so that you can keep up with the consumers and potential clients.

These trends have the business world on a shift of how they communicate with their customers and get feedback from them as well.  Business has always been about how well you have maintained your “list”.  Before the internet it was your “mailing list”, addresses so you could send out letters, postcards, etc.  Then came the power of the internet and email and so we built an “email list”.  This allowed us to capture an email address and send out updates or a newsletter to our followers.  Now the “list” is moving to how many followers you have on your Social Media networks and blog.  They are seeking your information and if you aren’t giving it to them they will find someone who is.

This shift is allowing tremendous growth in online marketing.  The strategy is going to be unique for each industry and company, but the purpose is to keep your company in front of them when they want you to.  That way when they are ready you are on their mind.  Staying in front of the most amount of eyeballs is not on billboards, TV, print, or email.  The revolution is Social Media and services that allow you to be in front of your customer via cell phone.

Lesson of the Week: “You Get What You Pay For”

seogeekThis weeks lesson is not uber revealing, but it is one that will take you a long way when purchasing dicisions become tough.

Week 2:”You Get What You Pay For”

My prother tells me, “You pay for what you get!”…Isn’t that always the case? I lay down the money and they give me the goods, whether it is a little money or a lot, I’m paying.

But the idea “you get what you pay for” is different. There is QUALITY incorporated into the transaction. So, 1 topic where this is very prevalent is shoes! I have been getting back into basketball lately and we play pick-up every Wednesday and Thursday night.

My shoes have become a concern! The “old” ones that were great, finally gave way. They were comfortable, easy to get on, and I could where any kind of socks with them. The failure was a hole in the toe and that doesn’t work so well for athletic movement back and forth.

air-max-concultingSo, my choices were to use some discount newer ones I got on clearance a whlie back or go with really old ones from years ago. Choice… newer discounts. Wrong choice! They gave me a blister on my left achilies 1/2 hour in. Then I switched to the really old ones thinking that would solve my problems. Wrong choice again! Dime size blister on my right arch. Just incase you were wondering, those hurt extra bad because they are on the tender part of your foot where there are not layers of skin to protect it.

Anyways, I am going to have a better shoe experience in the future and “get what I pay for”. The deeper underlying lesson is that some things acutally merit spending more money on them in the long run. By doing so you can avoid pain, suffering, having to acually spend even more than you should have the 1st time, and having to waste all the time going through a bad decision.

This philosophy can apply to most things, including the business world. We are riddled with choices to buy services that seem “cheap” or offer way to much for what appears to be a low price. Of these marketing strategies beware and proceed with caution when something looks “too good to be true”. There are however exceptions to the rule which are rare, and you can decide on your own what those are, but I strongly believe when it’s all said and done, “you get what you pay for”.

Lesson of the Week: Embrace Technology

seogeekThis week has been a very good learning experience for me and I want to share with you my lessons learned…

In fact, I might even start a category on my blog just for lessons learned.

Week 1: Embrace Technology

Those of you who follow me in the social media world know I like to comment on your posts a bit more than make my own. I am not profound, poetic or elloquent. I like to listen, observe and make sure things make sense. Math and Science, NOT English and grammer.

So, although I am not great with copy, I love the way the world is going with the mobile, social and internet marketing. For the past handful of years I have been intrigued with how big the advancements are and yet how small the world has become. For example I have been following some pretty cool poeple on Twitter and they live all over the world. My point is, I am right here in little Salt Lake City, UT and I am learning things from people in Seattle, California, Texas, Massachusetts, London, Australia and so on…

jared-maxfield-seo-mobileWhere am I trying to go with this? That the people and the technology are all over the place with new apps, new plugins, new upgrades. I can’t keep track of every kind of cool software. However, I can continue to learn about the areas I have interest in like mentioned before. It fires me up to learn about a new mobile technology that might help business grow, I love to try out a new internet marketing tatic or see a seo strategy work for the first time, and when people are brought together because of technology business can get done quicker.

Embrace the technology! I don’t care how old you are… 15, 35, or 65. The technology is helping us all live a better life. I am going to contine to learn about the new ways in marketing whether it is online, offline, mobile, social, local, I will always try and soak it in. There is alway going to be someone who knows more about a subject than I do and if I can learn a bit from them, the better off I will be.

So, Lesson of the Week: Embrace Technology

Adapt your business to the technological changes, because if you don’t, you might not be in business for too much longer. The future of business is “Change” and if you can do it, you will survive, no matter what industry you are in. If your company needs help with its technology or marketing plan I suggest you find someone that you trust who is up to speed with the new digital media and has a good feel for your market.

My Story…2010

After getting my BS in Business Management I started looking at getting good use out of my degree. I didn’t happen right away.  So, as I was working for my family business (Construction), I started into the internet marketing arena creating some online businesses that didn’t turn out like I planned. My interests were all over the map and I was opem to anything that sounded good.  Without sugar coating it, I failed on many different levels on many projects and business attempts. But I knew the potential was there and my vision for something big would happen eventually.

Slowly, Real Estate became one of my success stories with a 4 year career that helped me open doors to web development and marketing skills. That started to shift my interests and I wanted to see what I could accomplish if I found the right niche.  I soaked in everything I could about internet marketing, direct marketing, affiliate marketing and the trends of how I could us the internet to make some long-term money.

Along with these skills I developed, I started into some ”on the side” consulting with small businesses to help them gain an online presence.  Some of my work was for The Gineo Group, Canyon Craft Cabinets, OMAG, Broken Arrow Salt, BrokenArrow Roofing,  Morgro Inc., and The 3Max Group.  These expeiences have taught me that consistent hard work will eventually pay off and that I should always be open to new challenges.

Some of my skills include: Mobile Media Marketing, Blogging Strategies, SEO, Web Marketing, PPC, Design, Social Media, Online Product Models, Internet Business Tactics, Online Business Start Up, Online Education, Search Engine Marketing, Search Analysis, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing.

Having years of experience in real estate and construction industries, my skills are extremely diverse. My track record includes successful completion of projects through brand management marketing, developing strategic partnerships and building positive rapport with team members, owners, vendors, and clients. I am versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, marketing and design problems, proposal preparation, local regulations, online and mobile campaigns, web development, along with jobsite management.

With strong SEO, social media and mobile marketing skills I am responsible for article submission, social media, editing and blog information updates. Initiated promotional campaigns for various business concerns and implemented strategies to maximize exposure over geographic areas based on geo-target. Another area of focus has been on search engine strategies and analysis for higher rank and indexing. Some of my software skills include Microsoft Office, Web Macros, WebScraper+, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Flash, CSS, Social and Mobile Media Apps.
