Izigg is for All!

Leader of the Week:
Sheddric Mickles

iZigg was presented to me in mid December from my good friend, Meg Dudegeon. Meg was very persistent in staying with me, and I’m glad she did. iZigg is the vehicle for me. Although I signed up in December, I really didn’t get started until my first Crush It! in January. January 28th was my start Date!! I learned what a “why” really means! I also learned that every single one of us was meant to be wealthy but only a handful of us are willing to do what it takes to Make It! My Family is my Why! They mean everything to me.

I have had great support from the Wolfard’s Dave and Heidi, Meg Dudegeon, James Hardy, and Michael Rutherford, Jerry Rocco, and the list goes on. I have some great teammates that are doing wonderful things and they, too, will be in this newsletter soon.

What a great platform! I have been in some great meetings telling the iZigg story! Whether it is at the Sundance Resort or with the Mom and Pop shop in the side alley, iZigg will work for anyone! Whatever you work, works! I’m glad my friend Meg thought enough of me to present this opportunity to me.

Our goals are attainable! But what are you willing to do to make them happen?

As Brian Underwood says, “If not iZigg, then Find something” it’s out there for all of us.

Thank you Brian Underwood, David Liniado, Jason Borne’, and the whole iZigg team for giving us a vehicle to reach our dreams and goals.

Thanks, James Hardy and Michael Rutherford for the Mentorship.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH IZIGG,IZIGG,IZIGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mobile is Booming in Down Economy…

Leader of the Week: Elta Rahim

It was a typical magnificent day in Lively Las Vegas when the phone rang. 8:08 a.m. Hm? My husband, Rasheed and I were enjoying our morning time together..and my team knows I don’t take calls until 9:00 am..Who could it be?..It was not a number I recognized so, thinking it may be a new iZigg team member from perhaps the east coast, I answered the call.. The call was a invitation to tell a little about myself for the Leader of the Week segment on the iZigg blog. I am honored. First there are rules!!

To be self employed you must have rules..Mine are..

  1. I wake up in the morning to the sounds of the birds singing…look at my vision board we made at the last “Crush It,” listen to a 20 minute positive thinking C.D. and give thanks in advance for the perfect day I am about to enjoy.
  2. I spend a couple of hours playing with my husband..( he is self employed as well)..
  3. I start my “work” day at nine a.m.
  4. I don’t spend more than 90 seconds with someone who is negative.
  5. I read The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

One of the most astounding effects of being self employed is the Freedom you have to be, do and have what you want..The “trick” as we all know, is,.What Do You Want?.With the right “Vehicle” ( iZigg) , the right timing, could not be any better, the right leaders, Brian, Jason, Dave, and Dr. Scott…We really are at the right place, at the right time, with the right leadership..Count your blessings..

I have been truly blessed by being introduced to the iZigg business by National Director Pablo Dibello. Please know that Pablo was the seventh person to tell me about iZigg…Pablo was the first person to introduce the company to me, the iZigg way. He built my own digital business card…I saw all my info, and my little ego went…”I Want That” Before I knew how to spell iZigg, because of the promotion iZigg was running in December of 2010, I woke up one morning a National Director. Thank you Team, Thank you Pablo, Bryan Perez, Michael and James..

I have had the pleasure of managing over 300 hundred employees (ship repair business) and being a member of the Mary Kay Company, at the same time..Although I was wealthy, I loved, loved, loved residual income, and more importantly being of service to women. I always take what I learned from Mary Kay Ash and apply to any business I am in…We apply several of May Kay’s philosophizes extraordinarily well with in iZigg…
The most important being.

K.I.S.S. The last S. being sweetie..

A little bit about me…I am married to the man of my dreams..I made a list of 187 things I wanted in my husband. Rasheed got on his sail boat in Trinidad and Tobago heading for the U.S.A. He landed in San Diego 16 months later. The day he got off the boat to go shopping, I happened to be in San Diego, we happened to meet on the train, we where married one year later. We celebrate our tenth anniversary in September. I highly recommend that you recruit up and definitely marry up..I sure did.

I have one beautiful daughter from my first marriage. Melissa Dawn. Her daddy was a race car driver, pilot, and taught her to have no fear. She can change a tire faster than just about anyone..and has the work of her dreams. Just like we told her she could.

I am also a certified Psych-K Facilitator, a Therapist. Psyck-k helps people break free of limiting beliefs that are barriers to happiness and success.  We access the subconscious where all of your decisions are really made.

Thank you for allowing my to share a little bit about me and I most humbly hope that you, the reader understand what you have with iZigg.

Think Positive, Take Action, and Accept the Miracle.

Love from Lively Las Vegas,

Elta Rahim

Lesson of the Week: Embrace Technology

seogeekThis week has been a very good learning experience for me and I want to share with you my lessons learned…

In fact, I might even start a category on my blog just for lessons learned.

Week 1: Embrace Technology

Those of you who follow me in the social media world know I like to comment on your posts a bit more than make my own. I am not profound, poetic or elloquent. I like to listen, observe and make sure things make sense. Math and Science, NOT English and grammer.

So, although I am not great with copy, I love the way the world is going with the mobile, social and internet marketing. For the past handful of years I have been intrigued with how big the advancements are and yet how small the world has become. For example I have been following some pretty cool poeple on Twitter and they live all over the world. My point is, I am right here in little Salt Lake City, UT and I am learning things from people in Seattle, California, Texas, Massachusetts, London, Australia and so on…

jared-maxfield-seo-mobileWhere am I trying to go with this? That the people and the technology are all over the place with new apps, new plugins, new upgrades. I can’t keep track of every kind of cool software. However, I can continue to learn about the areas I have interest in like mentioned before. It fires me up to learn about a new mobile technology that might help business grow, I love to try out a new internet marketing tatic or see a seo strategy work for the first time, and when people are brought together because of technology business can get done quicker.

Embrace the technology! I don’t care how old you are… 15, 35, or 65. The technology is helping us all live a better life. I am going to contine to learn about the new ways in marketing whether it is online, offline, mobile, social, local, I will always try and soak it in. There is alway going to be someone who knows more about a subject than I do and if I can learn a bit from them, the better off I will be.

So, Lesson of the Week: Embrace Technology

Adapt your business to the technological changes, because if you don’t, you might not be in business for too much longer. The future of business is “Change” and if you can do it, you will survive, no matter what industry you are in. If your company needs help with its technology or marketing plan I suggest you find someone that you trust who is up to speed with the new digital media and has a good feel for your market.
